I was excited to see the implants up close and personal being that I'm from Toronto I decided to go when visiting family in Arizona. On top of the L, XL and XXL they have Long, and Extra Long so there's 5-6 implants. I want the XXL and Extra Long but I'm currently only 6.5 Erect so I want to stretch my penis by 1.5-2 inches so I can get the Extra Long. I plan on having surgery towards the end of April. I've been looking at extenders and apparently Size Genetics auto extender gives good results. Anyone try to extend their penis before having the implant or any surgery done to maximize results ?
