This is my situation. My Erect looks 10x worse than Flaccid.

But I the one guy I talked to who had Dr Oats said he did induce Erection.Jpjordan wrote: From what I saw, I would think that any injection while Erect with a cannula would be very difficult (to avoid damage) unless one has a perfectly straight Erection.

With PMMA you have 3 days (roughly) to manipulate the material, massage it, etc. So, yes, there is plenty of time for that.

I know Dr C injects in the Flaccid state because they said they need to manipulate the penis in ways that they can't do Erect. Morganstern told me they do the same. I'm pretty sure someone who used Dr. Oats told me he induced Erection. If there are benefits to each approach, it would seem to me anyway, that maybe injecting Flaccid, getting it as best you can, then inducing Erection to make any adjustments would seem reasonable? Or do you have enough time before things set to get Erect and massage and adjust later when you're home or back at your hotel after the procedure?
If you've never had filler injected into your Dick it's just hard to imagine what it's like to massage / make adjustments, like how much movement is there? I know it depends on the filler, I'm primarily interested in Ellanse. I'd be interested if anyone who's had temp fillers has thoughts, or was given specific instructions for afterwards.

Actually that is pretty close to what we now do. I will most often now inject Flaccid, but some like Glam I will do the initial injection Erect. The most common reason to go Erect is shrinkage where it is to difficult to get the full length. Sometimes it works well to followup with Erect if they notice an irregularity that is not so obvious Flaccid.

Also interested to know about multiple rounds of Ellanse. I'm sure Dr Oates at some point wrote that he wasn't even sure that it would be possible.
I talked to Moorgate Andrology and they said that it is possible to top up Ellanse, but that I would have to wait a minimum of three months before topping up.
