I think that is self explanatory. He also prescribes flomax which is a muscle relaxer for your bladder but also lets your Dick hang. I use Cialis for that post surgery.. I usually stack both meds for the first few days - then drop the flomax and stay on the Cialis until I heal. If you swell - not normal swelling, but literally like a ballon like I do (rare he said), he can inject you with a anti-inflamatory. Did wonders for me. Knocked the swelling down so I could see and massage the product correctly. Hope that helps. Certain antibiotics are more effective for soft skin infections post op than others depending on the procedure.
