Putting in more would just increase the discrepancy. I'm looking for some glanular enhancement first and then maybe try to even it out. Could something be used maybe to remove or mash a little from the right side where I have too much? Pics so you can see what I'm talking about (apologies for showing my Dick to you!!): First is Erect. Second is Erect but with me pulling on the skin (I'm not circumsized). You can see the PMMA coming down and to the right with the skin. Maybe it's not very noticable in the photo but it IS very noticable in real life!! ? I'd like a little more inserted in that region right beneath the glans as that has not gathered PMMA at all but I don't know if the doctor can do that, there is no skin to put it under. Dr N seemed to put it evenly everywhere and the skin was especially swollen next to the glans the first few days but in the end nothing remained there. Third is measured. I had 3.5 Erect Girth before. Now it's 5.4. What would be the best option? Insert some more after glans enhanxement? Or try to have a little PMMA squashed/removed from where's the excess on the right side? I keep massaging every day and even wearing a sleeve, but it just keep going in the same position after a few minutes of leaving it. There are no beads, no discomfort, just that it's more in the right side than in the other parts of the penis. It really looks unnatural. I guess it gives a lot of Girth, but not the proper way. As an update: I am moderately sattisfied. I read the topics here about a lot of massage and NOT wearibgva sleeve in order to just let the penis breath. I strongly advice you to wear such a sleeve. My PMMA seems to have coagulated in the mid and right part of the penis. Had I worn the sleeve I think it wouldn't have done this. If I do wear a sleeve for a couple of hours, it sems to smoothen and level it up the entire penis and it looks much better in Erection (to the point that I wouldn't even have gone back for a second time). But then, if left without the sleeve, it goes back to the right side of the penis. I keep massaging it, but by now I think it's hardened and won't change position anymore. So any advice for my options? Just inject to the left side on my second session of the PMMA? Is that the only option? The key is not to wear the extender until the swelling is down. You can keep your dong long by using Cialis daily. Wait for the swelling to go down and then slowly add a stretching program. He told me to start the week after. When I wear it now it stretches everything out (obviously) and it provides me a way to really massage those lingering hard spots. It's been 6 months for me on my 3rd session and I still massage every day. Call me crazy but I think it helps.
