Are you talking about Dr Francois in New York? He is no longer doing this surgery, and I do not know any other doctor who is performing this surgical technique.

I was Circumcised as a baby and mine was not tight. I have not had any issues with PMMA.
I don't have one, but if I were you I would try to save my Frenulum if at all possible.

It has nothing to do with PMMA. Although I would not know from personal experience, the Frenulum is supposed to be a very sensitive/pleasurable part of the penis. That's the only reason I would say to keep it. But I didn't really do much with mine in the three days I had it, so I can't really say. haha

SMK check out my thread, you can see it. Erect it goes away almost 100% - however, it I am not totally Erect, its almost like you can feel the flap of skin hitting the vag walls..

That's not too bad at all. How does it look like with the Foreskin on?

I'll rather take the annoying part than cut off the part that gives you the most pleasure. Cutting Foreskin for the sake of a bigger penis defeats the whole purpose since you're going to enjoy sex much less.

So what is the reason you guys are doing the Circumcision? This is one of the reasons why I am on the fence on PMMA. Anyone care to share pictures of what you don't like about PMMA with Foreskin?

Your situation was very unfortunate.

Just to get back on topic, Frenulum itself isn't something that causes pleasure but it can be painful at times. Penetrating a tight pussy you have to be very careful at first even if it is well lubricated as the Foreskin can pull it back and cause pain or even tears. I experienced tears a few times back in college and it was very sore for a while.

The skin around the Frenulum on the other had is one of the most sensitive part of the penis, if not THE MOST sensitive. When a girl starts kissing that part slowly you know you're in for a great blowjob because she obviously knows what she's doing.

In my opinion having the Frenulum removed wont make that much difference, I only had a partial cut (still have Frenulum) and I've lost most of my sensitivity, I can't really imagine when I have the rest of it removed it will make that much difference.

I am choosing High and Tight circumcision style... You should not save money and choose the best doctor for this cosmetic surgery.. NO I am not get into PMMA cause my base erect girth is 6.5 inches and middle erect girth is 6.0 inches circumference. I am looking for detachment/cut for length with Dr Morganstern in Atlanta in the near future.
