The image explains it well. Does anyone have undergone this procedure. The other concern is that I might opt for scrotal enhancement and loss of this extra skin, will that be a limiting factor then. My search was for someone to perform a Circumcision before I can plan round 2 of PMMA or another filler. Would love to hear what experienced members have to say. I remember a few European guys who were visiting Dr.N for like 4 or 5 times, gained a lot and wasn't Circumcised.
