Or does it make a difference on who's injecting? With Runnels technique is there one standard concentration? I guess what I'm asking is the following; since different people seem to get different results could it be due to how much and where it's being injected? Also, does anyone know if there is any merit in using on someone who has venous leakage? Can it help Repair a leaky vein ?
