If you pump first day and u achive 2 more inches in length I would say u can get that length with manual PE, not with pumping nessicarily but with other exercises. If you have done it for 10 years it might not be possible to get your pumped stats. However, if someone is normally 5 inches in length while Erect but can pump to a length of 7&1/2 inches does that indicate it is possible to acheive a permanent gain in Erect length of at least 7 inches with stretching device with or without ligament cut. If you use a stretching device for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, IMO, your penis needs to rest & Repair itself & grow when not stretching on days off. I think if your starting number is 5 inches, you can reach 7 inches but it may take 5 years or more, & possibly 10 years. I don't think the ligament cut overall helps much. Some guys it does, but IMO, its minimal. Yeah the pumping also had my gaining an easy 2 inches in Erect state, but that the blood being gorged into your penis. I personally never liked using a pump, because it really doesn't help much like a stretcher will.
