It can be fine - usually 3ml in the corona. It can cause a bump. Putting it into the rest of the glans tends to cause more bumps, which can be tender. there have been cases of skin death in little areas leading to punched out scars - but I don't think this has happened with HA. It takes a surprising volume to make small differences. I have had happy patients with it, but usually disappointed it did not do more for the volume used. There was a Dr in Sydney using 10ml Aquamid in a session. Not keen on that idea.
