You need to do your research. There is no one in the US as of yet for permanent procedures that is reputable using a reputable method. There are some that do HA and you will need to read up on HA and this board to find out who - but that is generally very costly and temporary. The closest you will get for permanent Girth in the US is Dr. C in Mexico, but you fly into San Diego. Forget any doctor in the US as of now that are offering permanent gains as either the doctor is shady, or the treatment is not stable (Alloderm, Belladerm, FFT, Dermal Grafts, Implants etc.) Lig cuts for length are costly and do not add to Erect length and have a lot of downsides so not helpful. I used Dr. Loria. My only concern was to become bigger in Girth. Well, I am bigger than I was expecting. I don't have any issues.
