(Not fromGounta) I noticed a lump by base about a year after the first procedure. It's about the size of a marble. Only noticeable when semi-Erect. Doesn't hurt but can definitely feel it when pressing down. About the size of s marble . It is fat that didn't take. But suggested I leave alone unless painful or it bothered me. It is basically fat Necrosis. I had similar but with fat grafts. It is any issue with any procedure that requires a healthy blood supply.
