Now they do it everywhere and the equipment is much better. After I had my ligs cut I had hair down the first 1 to 2' of my shaft. I haven't shaved that area in 20 years now. I also had my Balls done - 80% successful - shave from time to time but they did not do as many sessions on them. Get a coupon on Groupon and go by the reviews imo.
