Dr. Esteban Sarmentero. He's in Madrid. www.doctorsarmentero.com/

He'll do Ellanse in the penis. Call or email him for more info.

Thanks for your contribution, mango. However, I'm curious, can you please share these negative reviews? Where are they found? I ask because Matt744, a forum member who recommended this doctor, gives him a good review and has used him multiple times for HA. He seems to think that doing a filler procedure with this doctor is quite safe.

I see your point George, however, a single entry point isn't necessarily optimal, even where aesthetics is concerned. Multiple entry points is a more balanced approach, and it's indicative of an experienced applicator. Factoring in good pre and post care attention, as well as better technology (cannula application), and his contributions to academic papers focused on the improvement of PE procedures, Dr. C is clearly the superior doctor...if she's even a doctor at all.

Given both short and long-term projections of male cosmetic/enhancement procedures in Europe, and the vacancy of doctors with proven filler experience, there is a *massive* opportunity present. If I were Dr. Oates, I'd shift some work to the other Calibre docs and spend the next few months starting up a clinic in Europe. Just from leads here alone, he'd be raking it in. $$$

Agree we need more options, but a lot of people working with fillers might not want to inject into the penis. That is quite understandable. Another problem is one we also think about. No one know how this will go long term. Would you AS a proffesional gamble that everything will work out in the long term? If a lot of complications show up 10 years later some people might go out of business and have their reputation ruined.

Where have we seen that before.......

Best stay clear.

I also don't see the need for antibiotics being prophalaxtically administered. If your entry site gets infected, something has gone wrong.
Product administration from different locations yield more balanced applications. The evidence is elementary. You can obviously reach more places effectively if you apply from more places. As for nodules, if properly massaged shortly following application, these almost always go away. Eventually the overwhelming majority disappear with time. As for aesthetics, this is entirely subjective.

To be fair, my assessment is from over two years ago when I was looking for a doctor for a different operation, so things could be different now. Sarmentero was on my list until I started digging into various Spanish forums (not entirely easy since he didn't show up on the larger sites) and directly talking to some of the patients. There was a pretty consistent trend of him being extremely nice until there was a problem, and then claming up. Lots of stories all "I have a big issue with what he did and now he's not replying/the nurses are deflecting/I'm left out in the cold". That ended up turning me off.

Considering that Ellanse would be a process, rather than a one-off deal, I find that pretty concerning. At least enough that I'd rather not be at the front line of testing things out with him myself.

Antibiotics are given as a precautionary measure. If clean correct and sanitized medical practices are adhered to in PMMA surgery, in most cases one does not need them. Dr C and his staff were very very clean when I had my sessions. They were even sterilizing the metal tray, top and bottom and all the edges. In contrast, elist is the worst I have ever seen. He grabbed the trash bin while he was operating on me in his office! and moved it near him to throw the blood gauze in it then he continued to operate on me with the same gloves. I took antibiotics for 10-11 days to make sure that idiot was not going to me. I think in Dr C case, I may consider not taking them in my next session. We will see.

I can't speak about Dr N, never seen her.

Consuming one beer, 5-8% alcohol content, is not going to do anything negative after a PMMA session. OF course I am not saying go ahead and drink up. Common sense here.

Healthy food habits and clean life style will improve PMMA outcome. I found out that simple vitamin C was excellent overall before and after PMMA...

George7 wrote: Ok. So that is what that cream is. I asked if I could have a beer right afterwards to calm me down and she said no problem since you have not had antibiotics.
If you think a doctor who didn't administer antibiotics after a penile filler procedure, and okayed you to drink alcohol right afterwards, is on par with Dr. C, then it's very likely there's no convincing you otherwise.

Having one beer is not significant. It is and never will be recommended to drink right after, but do people really believe having one beer will reduce gains or cause additional issues? Antibiotics is one thing, but that is also the only reason that one should avoid having a beer after. No doctor would say you should go out and drink heavy. There are a lot of "truth" out there that does not make sense. I see your point with antibiotics tough.

If any Dr. will know that he or she is only option, he/she would monopolize prices and reduce quality of work if he/she wants it, because this Dr. will know that we don't have any alternatives. Just keep in mind what would have happened if we had only Dr. Elist or Dr. Loria.P.S. Think wider.

I said exactly this before. There needs to be more competition.
The level of care would be much higher if there was.
She has no incentive to improve.

Agreed. Huge risk using a needle if you ask me. You are better of going to Dr N with a canulla then.
