I've had 2 rounds of voluma but would like a more permanent option. How long would one have to wait before getting pm ma after HA? My last round of HA was in January of this year. I feel that I have kept most of my gains but would like a more pemanent option for the future. Has anyone been through this process? It felt fine in the beginning but now feels a lot softer than a real penis should. Thanks for the advice! Neither of us waited for HA to absorb though. We both dissolved it with Hyaluronidase. Once it's been dissolved you can go straight for PMMA. Interestingly I've since had a little more HA and am planning on dissolving that in the next few weeks. I had a small amount injected to try and act as a buffer to stop scar tissue reattaching after it was released. It looks good, but it just doesn't feel right in my penis. It has now been 7 months since my second round of HA and I am considering getting PMMA with Dr Nemeckova. She has insisted that i do not need to remove the Voluma I have at present. What would any of you advise? Is there a certain reason why I should remove the HA product before receiving PMMA?
