I was asking you for information!

So it's a permanent filler, that produces collagen and you have informed us that it isn't silicone or PMMA.

But Dr Loria's website says he uses FDA approved fillers.

However the only permanent FDA approved filler are PMMA or Silicone.

You say he has a patent for it, which as Hunkydory points out, should mean he doesn't need to keep the ingredients a secret. So can't you post a link to the patent or at least show us where Dr Loria says he has this patent?

It's not hijacking your thread, as the answers to these questions will provide important information, which is in part your wish.

Yeah I agree with everyone else. I would never trust a doctor that doesn't even tell you what he is injecting into your body. That's asinine. Plus the fact he has flipped flopped from hair transplants to penises... Sounds like he is in it for the money grab. Those two things combined would send me running. Either way, hope it works out for you. Keep us updated.

No I don't know what's in the filler nor am I going to call to ask. I simply don't care. And I trust the results outweigh the risks which in my book as I pointed out are less likely to cause permenant damage than eating hotdogs in which you also really don't know what is in them.

What I will do is keep everyone informed though as to help those that want the info of the before and after results.

messageman wrote: Why do that these Loria and Elist guys start their reports AFTER they have had their procedures?
If I were going to have a procedure done, I would be doing loads of research BEFORE the procedure..That would include
stumbling across our board, making an account, reading up on various doctors and procedure-types, and asking questions.
Why would somebody make a progress report after it is done? Especially on a board with basically no other members who have had the procedure?
Just saying...

Why not use my experience to educate others so they can see their are workable alternatives out there? If someone chooses FFT or PMMA or standard PE I don't care. Good luck! At least I have a crap ton of images and willing to shoot more to give progress to help guys out. Look man women have been doing this shit with boob jobs for over 40 years. It's our turn now. There are great alternatives out there. If you don't like Dr. Loria I don't certainly care and I'm sure he doesn't either.

I would really like to know what he actualy use! (I suspect they are right about the silicone tho)

I do not have an answer to your question. I hope my posts will help in other ways. If you have questions about my personal experience I'm open to share along the way. Take care!

This is all very insightful, engaging, and even...amusing. But Cctman, will you care to address my concern with the "4,000 penile patients over 7 years" question? Because while many arguments posed by some of the brightest minds on this forum were probably far more damning & revealing than my own inquiry, I'm still stuck on the shamelessness of your first statistical claim. Thanks in advance.

Hunkydory01 wrote: Do you know what the filler is? Your pics look good. I know he was doing the silicone mix that created tiny spheres or something like that - but it sounds like you are saying the filler gets replaced.

The filler he uses is a pink like fluid he injects and it's his own pattoned formula that I don't think he shares with anyone. My guess is he uses a chemical compound like a slight acidic compound that over the course of time causes the inflammation but obviously the compound forces the bodies collagen development into over drive. It's the same process he stimulates that happens at puberty which sets the bodies natural Girth genetically. I'm not sure who else would know about it other than he and his lawyers who wrote up the patent. But I was sitting up the whole time and watched him inject it of course. But it's not the PMMA micro beads stuff at all. It was more of a Jello like pink fluid given through a thick syringe. The PMMA technique I believe causes collagen to develop as well, but tends to leave guys a little less natural from what I here. Like rubbery or to hard like. And I think PMMA gets or can get absorbed into the body over time like free fat transfer, but I really don't know guys for sure. I'm just happy with the results so far and figured I was post here for informational purposes.

Let me know if that helped at all.

Why would anyone have a substance injected into their penis without knowing exactly what it is?I contacted Dr Loria before I had my procedure, but didn't feel comfortable. I think any reasonable person would want to know exactly what the doctor is injecting . Sorry, but that is crazy

We've seen after 6 plus years of guys getting PMMA that foreign body reactions are rare. But we've also seen, that when they do occur, the issues seem to be cosmetic. The filler turns into large unsightly lumps. This is bad spot to be in for the patient and not something to be taken lightly. But at the same time we've seen in the case of Restoration and Darkstaff that excision is possible and from what we've seen these corrective procedures are similar to what I personally experienced with fat Removal.

If we look at Restorations result, we can clearly see the lumps. But, had he been degloved, there is a good chance the filler could have been removed and left his penis looking as it did originally, as was the case with Darkstaff.

PMMA Removal isn't a surgery to be taken lightly and other treatments should be tried first in my opinion. Certainly don't go out and get PMMA thinking it's an easy fix if something like this does go wrong, as it's far from the truth. There are risks of tissue loss, scarring, infection etc etc. However, at least from what we've seen the type of granulomas or reactions caused by PMMA injected into the deeper layer, just don't seem to be that fierce and the issue tends to be more cosmetic. Both Dr Gelman and Dr Alter said as much to our member Smalljay.

However reactions to the oil based fillers, like silicone and parafin seem to be much more aggressive. They seem to attack the skin itself. So in my opinion should be avoided. Here are a couple examples of scleroising granulomas caused by large volume silicone oil and you can see the difference:

You are pretty much fucked if that happens.

Why go to Loria when there are places in the US that offer HA, which can be reversed? If you want to stay in the US get HA or even Radiesse. But don't risk having large volumes of silicone injected.

Update: more pics. One of the nightime harness one of the three. And I got pics of the Flaccid length which has increased from 3.5 to roughly 5.5 wrapped and unwrapped 4.5-5". Very happy with those stats. Healing is going well. Loving the response visually from the wife. Very happy so far. Will see where this all ends up. Half way there. Go callogen go!

Here are the supplies provided during this entire 21-28 days that you use. Well minus what I already used. That blue ring is what I was referring to in my last post. And the reason for switching these out is so that as the filler is replaced by the bodies formation of natural Collagen your less likely to form any indentation near the base of the penis.

Get a grip? For real?
So yoru argument here is that your medical procedure is less risky than your experiences as a soldier (thank you for your service by the way)....
This argument (along with your "sausage" argument) doesn't really strengthen your case with most logical people.
Just saying

Cctman wrote: Hoddle you also stated... "You've said yourself you know next nothing about the procedure, so you are in no position to inform anyone." Nope! Actually that's not at all what I stated. Maybe you should learn to read more clearly my friend. I know about as much as anyone else besides Dr. Loria and his team of lawyers covering the patent. I have every right to inform people and a bit more knowledgeable in this as I'm going through it first hand experience unlike you who is spinning advice from 3'rd hand sources and friend of a friend conversations. The real question is what the hell are you doing here and why since unless you have been through Dr. Loria's procedure and experienced it yourself you have no clue what your talking about first hand.

So next to nothing then!

Your reasoning is utterly ridiculous.

Also I think if you ask Dr Loria, it was my posts on this forum that gave him the idea of using Silikon1000. On his old website he pretty much copied posts I made regarding a study carried out by an Israeli Dr using the material.

Also how can he patent FDA approved fillers? No matter what he is mixing, it has to be FDA approved and I can't see how you can patent something like that.

Can you please link the patent application.

Also I'm here as a senior moderator of the forum. I can decide whether you stay or go my friend.

indiano123 wrote: Did he say what he uses for glan enhancement. I wont lie i like dr Loria results but he does seem shady. How does the filler feel? Does it look natural? And whats your before and after stats?

I asked him. He said he used the same filler he used on the shaft. I watched him inject it. But there is far less elasticity in the head glands so he uses a different injection site technique and doesn't push it to much.

The filler in the beginning felt almost like jello in a water balloon. The second week as swelling went down the filler became absorbed into the body naturally and in its place callogen formed a rubber like feel under the skin of the penis. Mainly the shaft area. And in the 3'rd week all swelling has gone some bruising still remains, but the callogen is starting to hardened up solid like your original erect penis.

I'll let you guys know how everything goes on the before and after. My preliminary measurements at end of 2'nd week were erect increase from 5" to 5.5". That's not the full .75"-1" gain, but I've asked about if I was going to be gaining the last 1/4" - 1/2" in just this last 3'rd week. There answer has always been to just hang tight until day 21. And on day 21 we will all know if I met the minimum .75" goal.

Now I was told if I don't meet the .75" goal they will honor their commitment and I can fly down there and they will go through an adjustment procedure all over again. If that is the case to be honest I freekin dread having to through all this again. It's been hard as hell on me. Imagine no sex for three weeks, pain killers, no alcohol for a couple weeks, antibiotics that make your stomach hurt, can't get wet, have to be completely commited to massages every few hours, rewraps, etc; and all while sleeping beside your gorgeous wife. Freekin sucks!

Would I do it all over again? Hell yes in a heart beat! I already love the 1/2" improvement. Will I go back again if I fall short of my goal? Yes... but in large part due to the fact that it will save me thousands of $ of doing it myself later on if there going to honor their commitment to at least getting me to 3/4" added to my starting 5" girth. No money out of my pocket. Well at least far less.

But damn after this procedure I need a small break before or if I have to do it again.

And lastly why would I not gain the 3/4"-1" girth gain in just one procedure? Well if I don't it could just be genetics. Some people just don't form callogen quickly as well as others. Or it could be my immune system handle the inflammatory response very well and resists the bodies reaction of callogen development, so I may need another round.

I'll know in literally 6 days end results. Will see.
