My suggestion is to listen to the advice of the doctor doing the procedure.
You can safely get the 20+ cc round, but you have to be aware that a larger round increases the risk of nodules, etc.
Are you cut or uncut? That will make a difference.

Right, I got you. Explaining your goals and let him decide what to do is smart.

Thank You, Briceb.

Very interesting. Diminishing returns is a fact in a lot of things. But I cannot understand why some guy does gain in the first round, near to zero in the second, and then, in the third or fourth... Boom! A half an Inch. Anyone can undestand this phenomenon?

Speaking strictly to aesthetics, yes, I think you are right that multiple smaller rounds would be best.

Hi, briceb. I am cut. I was by the nickname "Poyajierro" months ago here. I felt I need to get out of here because of porn. Now I quit porn and I am new guy. Ready for the PMMA.

The thing here is, what do you think is better in terms of gains/mone saving? For example, aim for 0.75-1" gains with 30%. Little split rounds or a big one.

Hoddle has received low volume injections, but I'm not sure what his overall goals are as they may be different to mine.

I'm certainly not an expert (Have not been through it) but in general it seems like adding material in small deposits over time allows a building/shaping effect to specific areas in a more controlled way. What do you guys think is better in terms of pure gains and aesthetics (regardless if it is 10% or 30%):

. A big round 20-25 cc's
. Three split little rounds, 10 cc's each.

From what I am seeing nowadays, guys getting little to no gains after the first round, and then, boom, you get more gains in the third or so, makes me wonder if it is better in terms of saving money, to make your first round the biggest one, something like older members from here did years ago, who got near to an Inch gains from 22-27 cc's 30% PMMA, with acceptable aesthetics.

Why do you guys think? Nemeckova style, or going to Dr. C and telling him what you want?
