If you want to increase your length, get a stretcher and put in some time. But you probably still will not get a 4" or even 2" increase in Erect length.

I'd think about how much you are willing to handle if you don't get what you were hoping for and decide that way. Best d

Man, you really need to do your research. It sounds like you are just shooting at whatever moves. My suggestion to you is not to do anything. Not until you know what's what.
I mean, you do know that in order to have the implant with Elist you would have to get Circumcised, right? My hunch is that you either didn't know that or didn't think about it, given your other posts. There is plenty of time to get something done. But wait and in the mean time, get a realistic expectation on what is possible. Otherwise, you are going to be very disappointed with whatever route you choose.

You want to get to 10 inches Erect length?? Lol....that's insane dude! You're at 6 inches Erect now & will lose length by getting the Elist implant, that I guarantee you. I have no experience with PMMA, but everything I've read, its only for Girth.
