He caught stuff I did not and called Dr. C in to correct things which made a big difference. It was clear that had learned a lot and Wade trained him which was evident. He is still relatively new at this but trying to learn as much as he can. Other members can speak for themselves as experiences vary. It's not the type of job that you are going to find an experienced person to fill, so whoever has it has to be trained and get on the job experience, but he was very good for me. Wade and I have had several conversations over the course of my office visits and it was pretty easy to assume he was getting burned out. On more than one occasion he commented something along the lines of "I wish we did more work on faces". Can't say that I blame him given his roll in the office. Though Ian was there for my last one. He was great! Very down to earth, intelligent / approachable and well kept. He's young (at least younger than me... I'm 28) but very knowledgeable and a good presence in the room. I had multiple aftercare follow ups with him for a few days after my last round and I can echo what others have said. He found areas that even I didn't and fixed them. Before I left he helped Dr. C with his final examination.
