He ships fast and his products are very good quality. Takes a few times putting it on and youve got it to a "t". I could wear this for 12 hours a day non-stop if I didn't have to take it off to pee. Love this thing! I've never used the vac Hanger, I don't hang, but I can tell you that this vac set up is awesome for the extender. I can post pics of it and of me wearing it later tonight if that would help.
