I had my first round of PMMA uncircumcised and it looked great when I was Flaccid, but when Erect and the Foreskin pulled back you will get a big and unnatural looking bulge at the base. If you get PMMA after Circumcision, your unit will have the "Pigs in a blanket" look (as Reklaw mentioned), but it will look thick and natural when Erect. So take your pick. If you want to look 'natural' when Flaccid then don't get Circumcised. If you want the opposite (and get more than one round) than get Circumcised first. I think i begin to get it. If you are a shower it is probably better to be Circumcised. because when you become Erect and your Foreskin roles back under glans it will lead to a build up at the base as the shaft has not increased enough in length to spread out the moved Foreskin evenly. But if your are a Grower it is probably better not to be Circumcised as the extra shaft length when Erect will help spread out the Foreskin when it roles back under the glans. I think Circumcised men need an advantage anyway. Uncircumcized men can't have it all lol. Immediately before the procedure in Jon 2016. The night after the procedure. A week after. Erect pic a couple of months after. Note the Foreskin behind the glans and the bulge near the base and the bulge gets bigger the more you pull the skin back. It may not look so bad, but if someone is giving you a handy ,he/she is bound to notice something is not natural here. I think PMMA it near enough undetectable if your uncircumcised and have a couple of rounds of 10%, it seems to hide all the little irregularities. Dr C prefers people to be Circumcised because your at risk of "Accordition effect" which in my opinion is a very minor aesthetic complication when compared to the hideous ugliness of the hotdog / pig in a blanket efffect your at risk of if you have no Foreskin. They did 10% mostly and 3 cc of 30% around the base because they recommended it and I also wanted it. I have the same oenis as before but .5" thicker and no nodules or issues at all. I'd never get Circumcised unless I have to for medical reasons. Camphallo had like 40 cc's injected which I think was a lot of product and it was a different Doctor. I feel safe going for a second round next year to increase another .5" hopefully and be done wit it. Your less likely to lose length, any major complications such as tissue Necrosis are much more manageable because the surgeon has more skin to work with. I was told this by Ian Eardley, and it is just common sense really.
