Restoration has had several operations to remove nodules and correct aesthetic issues.
The complications Resto had from these correction surgeries are skin loss and length loss.
I bet these complications would have been less severe and more manageable had he been uncircumcised.

It would be pretty similar to that. You can't guarantee 100% Removal since it is microscopic. There will be a lot of dissection similar to that video. Mostly, your own collagen / scar tissue will be removed. A lot is stuck in the Dartos fascia, but not impossible to take out. I am not sure you can get it all though. You'd have to ask the doc if he'd remove it via a deglove. It's a better idea than picking one Nodule out at a time (if you have multiple issues), based on the mess I went through (PMMA will get in the wound and it won't heal). What happened with your PMMA that you want it all removed?

If you do it, just make sure that whoever does it knows that it can cause problems if the excision is not heavily irrigated and meticulously closed. Also, I am still suspicious of cautery as I think it can melt the PMMA into the wound. The surgeon in that video there used vicryl to close, which is probably a good idea for subcutaneous use (it dissolves over a month or so) and then something like nylon on the outside that can be removed 7-10 days post.
