Worked out ok. Not great, but ok. Scar was a bit uneven. Alter would probably do an even better job, given his experience in this area. I wouldn't bother with the ligament cutting. Sure, there is basically no risk and the scar very small but you get mostly nothing out of it. The possibly scar doesn't concern me one bit. The Webbing procedure is almost a necessity for me. I have so much loose skin Hanging from my shaft to my rather large Balls that I'm certain this is the way to go. Even I've had my partner feel my unit and tell me I have so much more shaft beneath the webbing which is true. I sometimes massage it in the shower to help release it out. The lig release was more of the gamble here for me than the webbing reduction. Alters site had a few photos of what to me looked like great work. So, what scar pictures are you referring to smalljay? Most people don't post anything very far post op. Many surgeons cut the scrotum directly in the center so there's already a natural "line" there anyway (that is where mine was cut). Maybe it will look like shit, I don't know - but the last 3 scars I got from the same surgeon all looked like a hair. He did completely fuckup the PMMA Removal. There's literally a pure rectangle of PMMA taken out of the lower part of my shaft, all the way down to the native tissue (bucks fascia) despite the fact that the rest of the shaft has PMMA. It's going to look ridiculous, and I can't even figure out how he decided to do something that stupid. I'll know how bad it is in a few weeks, but it is obvious he didn't do this right at all. I had little choice with the scrotal web procedure. I lost a lot of skin with all of these open wounds and fixes and removals of PMMA and my right ball was like half way up my shaft. Now it's not. It's completely disconnected from my shaft and pushed back to where it normally would be - at least an Inch. I decided to take a scar over living like that. It was also very tight and it hurt. Now it won't feel that way anymore. I feel like I've gotten the idea that he is one of the more skilled surgeons on this site. I have more severe prescrotal webbing with too much extra skin so I do want that taken care of and figured why I'm there I might as well do the Lengthing procedure as well. He claims the suspension release is generally a minor surgery with little/no complications. I feel these procedures would greatly improve my aesthetic and would probably go for HA next year if all goes well. Any other Members on this board care to chime in? Your options are... Having a filler: increase in Flaccid length. Having ligaments cut: possibly increasing Flaccid length, a slight chance of reducing Flaccid length, an unsightly scar, hair at the bottom of the shaft, reduced function.
