I had experience with Dr. Morganstern out of Atlanta and had great results. Healing time for me was less than 2 weeks and for the first time feel good about my Girth. Went from 5.5 and after the surgery retained a nice 6.8 Inch Girth and 7 Inch length. After his process you have to use a pump to increase circulation and an extender if you opt to do the length. This is an extremely bad idea.
There is one guy who had this done from England, he lost 2 Inch of length, he got tissue Necrosis and and lost half the skin on the shaft of his penis, he ended up going insane and cutting a prostitues head off and now he's in prison.
There's also a couple of guys from this forum who who've lost all sexual function from this surgery because Dr Rosenthal cut there nerves, both of them are severely depressed because they can never have sex again and I'm quite suprised they haven't killed themselves.
Most people who have their ligaments cut regret it because they have a huge scar on their pubic region and half the time it actually reduces the length of their penises.
These penis surgeries just don't work and it would be a terrible mistake to go through with it.

No, he had dermagrafts using his own skin that was done back in the late 1990's. Still, any type of skin graft can die and harden eventually.

I did the ligament cut and dermal fat grafts with Dr Harold Reed way back in 1995. I was a pioneer. The ligament cut only increases Flaccid length by maybe an Inch at most. No increase in Erect length. I wouldn't bother with it. If you want real length gains you need to use a device that attaches via a vacuum and then hang weights of at least 4 pounds for...wait for it....several years. It is a very long process. It took me a year of stretching every single day just to gain one Erect Inch. And just FYI, dermal fat grafts don't work. Mine immediately contracted and were eventually removed by Dr Doug Whitehead in NYC in 2001. Whitehead was the best phallo doc I've experienced and I've experienced three. Whitehead, Barron (a dangerous quack who caused Necrosis on my penis) and Reed. On the positive side, Alloderm does indeed work. Whitehead put some in for me and it quickly became vascularized and a natural part of my penis. Any more questions please ask. I have 21 years experience in this department.

You can lengthen your penis with non surgical approaches. I suggest you research All Day Stretchers (ADS), extenders, Jelqing, and later even Hanging. It'll take a year or more but in the scheme of things it's worth it. Also, I pretty sure ligament cutting doesn't improve your Erect length.

Most recommend focusing on length gains then Girth. I messed up and started with Girth first (PMMA surgery) but I'm still getting improvement in length using an extender.

Have you not thought about having a filler? This will increase Flaccid length.
This surgery is only Temporary and will only last 7 years at best, one member had this surgery and it wore off within 2 years but left him with a deformed penis, caused by scar tissue that he had to have surgically removed.
You probably think that these guys are just the unlucky ones but even if your procedure is 'successful' and have no major complications, you will still be unhappy with the result because the procedure is just a complete scam.
Allografts just don't work.

If you are going to do Girth and lengthening I would suggest doing them on separate visits....just thinking of all the trauma that area will undertake from both procedures being perform at the same time...smh.

I would think if you have the lig cut...you won't be able to hang for 2-3 weeks...retraction probably starts..leading to a smaller penis than what you went into...but with some Hanging you will get back to your size and maybe increase. BUT with the Girth done at the same time...I would think you won't be able to hang for a 5-8 weeks...that will be a lot worse.

What was your starting length? You went from 5.5 to 6.8 after one procedure? Impressive...

Belladerm is a TERRIBLE idea. There is a guy who I have communicated with on this forum that recently had to have his skin grafts surgically removed after they hardened up. Skin grafts could die and harden up after several years.

I had a lig cut done several years ago. It just increases flacid length, not erect. And it's an exaggeration to say that "half the time it actually reduces the length of their penises". That's not true. As long as you stretch and hang properly after a lig cut, the ligs won't reattach. Lig cuts usually always result in flacid length gain. And I never even noticed my scar from that procedure because the hair completely covers it.

Forget about all this surgery business though. Get the Hydromax x30 and save a ton of money before considering anything so extreme.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!!...warning if this is the same dr. rosenthal that about 12 to 15 years ago had a practice in california LA area ...stay away from that monster he ruined my life!!!!! my penis looked like Frankenstein and after much arguing with him he did a Revision to fix all the scars , scar tissue and nerve damage and it ended up looking hideous and 2 inches shorter....it took 2 other doctors I found and a few operations plus 6 years of stretching to get back to almost my original length...cost my sex life, marriage and over 30 thousand dollars!!!!!! And he refused to pay for anything, told me to jump in a lake....there was a class action lawsuit put against him and I was part of it....problem is he fuc### so many guys up by the time everyone got their share mine was 300.00 dollars! and his mal practice insurance would not cover most anything, he had his license taken away and then from what I learned started back up in Vermont I believe screwed guys there and then moved to another state and got relicensed there.....I know alot about what evil he has outright done to males because I tryed to track down that sob for about 2 years after he ruined me.....Moderator Edit: Language unacceptable. Hank you had the Rejuvall procedure??? We were looking for someone. Morganstern makes some pretty big claims on his site.
It's fat injection and he states it PERMANENT. Which is unheard of.. Does it leave scars where he took the fat from? Why is it no reabsorbing like every other fat transfer method on the planet?
Ligament loosening instead of cutting- can you elaborate?
Increase in length and width - 1"- 2"
Through the roof satisfaction rate.
