So you need to decide whether you think the extra Flaccid length is worth risking a noticeable scar for. Personally I wish I never had lengthening via V/Y incision. Does your Dr charge for top ups of fat? There is a good chance you will need more injected to achieve the size and appearance you desire. Many Dr who do fat transfer don't charge for top ups. For example, the most well known Dr for that procedure in America is Dr Giunta and he doesn't charge for top ups. The same is true in the UK, where Dr Viel stores fat and then injects it when the patient needs more. Will you post photos post op? It would be great to see photographs of the recovery process. We don't have enough photos of guys in the days and weeks after surgery, when the penis is still swollen and bruised. It's photos like that which really help people, as they learn to to expect. The recovery process can be very stressful and guys often panic when they see their penis looking bruised and deformed. I think 1500 is a good price....for a top up. My doctor didn't even take extra fat to top up. But I do like the results and symmetry. However he made some really stupid mistakes in some other procedures he did on me and that made me think that what he did to my Dick is like a fluke. Now I am considering doing it again......I was considering Dr. Rian Maerck until I saw what his results look like Erect. Is the consensus that Dr.Giunta is the best for fat transfer? I did pretty well with it the first round.......actually was kinda shocked to read how it doesn't work on lots of guys. Also does anyone know if Dr.Giunta fills the whole shaft or does little rows of injected fat.....cause thats what I did the first time and what looks good imo.
