Key is to go slow a few weeks after the surgery, then gradually increase per doctors orders. But it just feel like if I had those ligs cut it would come loose. There was this time I was joustin my baby mama and I had run like a mad man at the gym that day and I was taking enzyte at the time and my unit stretched way out there and she was like WTF is happening right now so ? I have seen it happen ... Still contemplating getting it done though.
