Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) CANNOT give you even 1" in length and I guess in Girth too. It's just impossible, because size of the penis is determinant by tunica albuginea (which is connective tissue)."The P Shot". Basically, he extracts your own blood, spins it in a centrifuge, (where the blood cells separate from the plasma) takes the enriched platelet blood, & injects it into the penis. He promises 2" in length & Girth. That being said, the fact he uses your own blood, sparked my interest, it sounds safe.

10 years 5 months ago #1293448849I think it's safe going to Dr Oates. Bothered though, about 0.5" gain at 18ml! 15ml costs about 8.5K, airfare and hotel etc. might be closing to 20 grand! Like 2cents I'd want to know too but not only safely, also cheaper (I need 1.0", he would need about 3"). WOW !!!

10 years 5 months ago #1290974888Your lucky that you naturally have length because length is much harder to come by than Girth.
Hoddles advice or PMMA is really your only way. Best of luck.

10 years 5 months ago #1293447089a) if she "still" likes him to be bigger, it means she's "still" cheating (even if mentally and eventually physically).
b) Looking at the gains reported in this forum for the procedures, he will NEVER BE BIG ENOUGH for her!
Phalloplasty should really be a solution for one's own desires. It's clear that he's not what she wants but he knows best ...

So, there are absolutely no users on this forum who have experienced anything other than "oh, this PMMA doesn't look very good"? That's certainly a peculiar way of interpreting the multiple posts I have read where it's clearly not just an aesthetic situation. I have read flat out horror stories where PMMA had to be removed through degloving and cases where inflammation has led to all sorts of issues. I also truly believe that the sort of inflammation caused by PMMA can lead to other medical issues such as cancer.
Traveling to Tiajuana to get non FDA approved plastic inserted into your penis is one of most sketchy, seedy, unwise, ludicrous, and desperate things I have ever heard of. Skeptical One, you have obviously convinced yourself that PMMA is 100% safe and that you nor anyone else will suffer anything negative from its effects later on down the road. Yes, the body does change as we get older. The last thing I would want when I get much older is a penis full of hardened cement-like lumps and the hightened risk of prostate cancer or something else due to inflammation from an unnatural substance that I foolishly traveled to Mexico to have inserted into my penis. Staying natural and pumping is the way to go.

You realize your doubt is based merely on baseless speculation? What has tipped you off that a product that's been used in other parts of the body for more than "7-8 years" is going to fail those who have it in their penis now?
Well, given my being around for 5 years of the PMMA trend, I can say that a good number (probably majority, hard to ascertain the number since not everyone posts) are content. Most complaints (if not all) have been aesthetic in nature. I have yet to read one credible, proven case of major complication as it pertains to medical grade PMMA applied into the penis by a qualified practitioner.
Quite frankly, if the attitude is "don't even think about PMMA," I'd hit the exit button on this browser ASAP. All other methods are effectively obsolete due to unacceptable frequency of major complications. Temporary fillers are trending (due to PMMA's success) but face the harsh reality of a lack of permanence and a need for top-offs...the same aesthetic issues can also arise. Really, the only 2 satisfactory choices are PMMA (permanent) or Temporary Fillers.
Cav, you've been registered for 2 months and have drawn a conclusion based on what? I can say, with the utmost confidence & certainty that there is no better way to guaranteed Girth (unlike Manual Penis Exercises that don't work for everyone) while maintaining some semblance of a natural penis. If you go into penis enlargement thinking that 100% perfect outcomes are an acceptable expectation, you're deluded at best. Much like "boob jobs," no matter how good the doctor, you're bound to detect the difference between a natural & a fake. The field of Phalloplasty has been marred for decades with nothing but botches and "blobs," so with the advent of PMMA, we're rather spoiled... As in, today we bitch about ridges & nodules when only a few years ago people bitched about impotence, scarring, tissue Necrosis, infection, etc. You newer folk have no idea.
That all said, I still wouldn't recommend any sort of work (including PMMA) to the average or above-average folk. To be honest, I started this forum for the genuinely under-average in hopes of finding a sense of normalcy. Fact is, PMMA is the closest we've ever been. Is there a potential for better procedures in the future? Heck yea, I'd imagine through stem-cell advancements/health sciences, we may find some way. But until then, PMMA is literally without peer.
