i haven't heard back from Androfill yet but will let you know when i do. i expect they are focused on trying to get people to come in for a consultation. anyway, they definitely keep their website updated because there is some new info on there today - 10 syringes maximum have to be spaced 2 weeks apart apparently. but i am wondering if they use the 2ml juvederm voluma syringes or the 1ml cos that would obviously make all the difference.
i guess if they respond to my email i will have the answer to that and other questions i asked...

i dunno about any permanent effect but as you probably saw on the Androfill site, they have changed their information on that now, while not saying it doesnt happen, they are kind of distancing themselves from saying it does. but i am not really bothered about that if it lasts a year or more even if its getting less

good grief @restoration you have certainly been 'through the wars' with those complications. its good you are on the forum to provide us with the benefit of your experiences.

HA, so far as I know, behaves quite differently depending on which one you have so for example, under eye they use the really thin one as it needs to be very smooth and natural (zero risk of lumps in that area) but it therefore 'breaks down' and is absorbed more easily by the body - its thinner/more runny because the molecules are not cross-linked densely. in other areas, such as cheeks, they use the ultra plus or voluma versions which are much thicker (much more cross-linking apparently), injected into the subdermal layer, just a bit deeper than the dermis layer, consistency like thick clear glue.

HA fillers do not integrate with the body's own tissue, they do just kind of sit there. i imagine the effect is somewhat like after pumping my penis - its bigger, its pretty even all over but the skin layer is definitely 'thicker' albeit unless you pump yourself you wouldn't really know (unless an extreme pumper). i can very easily add an Inch or more to my Girth for a day. i would like something that creates that effect without me having to sit around with a great big plastic tube suckered onto my penis for the evening !

like anything i think the skill and experience of the doctor makes a big difference and for sure its a lot different filling a penis than a cheek, there is quite a bit of stuff online about application/injection techniques and the difference they can make. so basically you want someone who has seen and worked on a whole lot of Dick before.

i am really not sold on there being any permanent effect or collagen growth though, i think that a bit more about marketing than science. anyway what i am trying to say is that until i find a proper, independent, medical trial that clearly shows new collagen growth - in human subjects not 'in vitro' - then i am unconvinced. we will more easily believe what we want to believe but i am very sceptical about penis enlargement clinics that claim permanent effects from HA facial fillers.

so i would not go for this procedure in the hope of any permanent effect. i need to decide that the cost is acceptable to me for a 12 month increase, with ongoing annual top up - until something better comes along. my 'ideal' is for a genuinely longer lasting injectable filler at a reasonable price - but i realise than any manufacturer that develops a proven long lasting, safe and easily injected filler, or proven collagen generator without unacceptable rejection/scarring/lump risk is going to be charging a high price for that miracle !

I don't think the lig cut made a difference in the Erect length actually. If it had it probably would not have taken a year and a half to see the gains I ultimately got. All I can say about the procedure is that it makes your Flaccid longer. I said I would do it again but the truth is I had it done so long ago and I know that it worked out so it is easy to say. I am not sure it is worth it as a procedure unless you have a super turtled penis. I bet Hanging for a year and a half would increase your Flaccid too and I would have ended up with the same gains.
There is a guy on here Sayrusx (sp? Sayrux?) who had it done the way I did in terms of cut and his came out very well.
Also I had my grafts put in at the same time so I can't say what the recovery time is as the grafts are a much more complicated procedure - they take the strips from the crease in your ass, so that is healing, your Dick is healing and my ligs were cut. Of all 3 procedures my sense if that the lig cut was the easiest to heal as I don't even remember it.

A temporary filler that can feel soft when Flaccid and firm when Erect (like PMMA) is probably the best option out there, but comes at a cost (repeated fillings not only to achieve size, but to maintain size). PMMA has the advantage of permanency and is even offered by dermatologists in the US alongside temporary fillers. It's not motor oil and is regarded as a perfectly capable Dermal Filler. The appeal is permanency, but not all feel comfortable with that, and that makes sense.

I underwent procedures years ago and chose PMMA based on a few reasons: Most importantly, I wouldn't have to return for top-offs for the rest of my life -A.) just can't afford that the rest of my life and B.) I have no assurances that my current phsyician wont be retired years out from now, and have less assurances the next doctor to top me off is skilled enough to ensure a reasonable outcome. I also based my decision on the anecdotal evidence given here by pioneers before me describing how it mimics your actual penis (soft when Flaccid, hard when Erect), and for the most part, it's true. It also helped that the forum's much smaller community at the time did its very best to assimilate all the information and research we could to get a grasp on how safe/dangerous it was, and I felt comfortable with the risk I was taking (knowing full well I was a risk, especially unknown long term risks). Lastly, although cost should not be a factor in your reasoning, at the time I was broke and genuinely thin, and found the allure of instant Girth for what was at the time $1500 (it's gone up considerably since). I gained roughly an Inch going from 3.5" MSEG to 4.5" MSEG in one session. But I would not advocate this to just anyone...since as you can see, I started with an Erect Girth as big as many of your Flaccid girths.

I dunno, he always advocated HA - always. When someone changes their mind in the face of new information I think... respect to them - value truth , over the risk of reputation / being called indecisive. That's my view.

Then PMMA came grew in popularity and he had to find an injectable to started injecting PLGA. If you look at the bad complications from those types of procedures and compare them with the PMMA complication rate, what does that say about Dr Kims opinion? I'm not saying Dr Kim isn't a good surgeon or he is dishonest or anything. I actually like his approach from what I've read about him and hope more people investigate Megafill. But let's not make out as if his opinion had proved particularly valuable in the past. ]

Two things. Don't cut the suspensory ligament , I had it done and my Dick is actually shorter hard , but maybe 1cm longer when floppy. Any doctor who does this should and claims its penis lengthening should be struck off because its just lengthens the Dick when its soft so whats the point. scam, makes me angry

2. Go to Dr Kim in korea and have the HA, I have it once every couple of years. Anything else is nuts.

for sure, I dont think that 10ml is going to be exactly life changing but i haven't had HA injections (yet) so I cant say for sure. the before and after shots on the website of a UK clinic that do it look legit (tape measure in one of them) but i have stuck 20ml and 40ml of saline in my penis before and i can tell you, 10ml is not going to add an Inch of Girth unless there is some other process is at work (such as drawing in water and then expanding further, as those who inject dextrose experience)

macrolane is an inexpensive HA filler for volume, under half the price of the others by volume, but seems to have been dropped by most surgeons. mostly, from what I can gather by online research, because it doesnt last all that long and due to using larger volumes e.g. 50ml+++ results were a bit sketchy. Hoddle and some others posted about it because it did used to be offered here in the UK for PE but no-one does now, I am guessing because customers weren't happy with the results. but it is still around. made by the same people who make Restylane and emervel.

it was heavily marketed in the UK some years back as the 'lunchtime boobjob' but then got withdrawn for that use. but its still used for other areas. anyway, you dont much hear of it nowadays.

although supposedly its what Kim Kardashian keeps having pumped into her butt.

Roberto Viel did my FFT. I had it removed a decade later due to not liking how the fat felt in my penis or how it looked. You can't predict whether it will absorb or how.

In my opinion you shouldn't get anything done. Listen to your wife. If there was a safe, reliable option we'd all be getting it done and it would be available from several Dr's in every town in the western world, just like liposuction is. The fact people fly to Mexico to get penis enhancement tells you all you need to know about the current options.

But if you absolutely have to do something in the UK, get FFT with Roberto. Don't get lengthening, as your length is already fine.
