I just had PMMA done last Thursday and I've also come to the conclusion that collagen forming would be best done on an extended/Erect penis. IMHO some the lumpy penis problems may be due to the collagen coalescing when the penis is in a Flaccid state and being scrunched up in tight jeans/dress pants for extended periods. I base this on my pumping experience and I'm sure some of you who pump also have noticed how "deformed" you penis gets when you wear tight pants right after an extended secession. I will be alternating time between a ESL40, Bathmate + cockring (to increase EQ and E time). I ordered the x4 extender with the wide Girth option. I received 22ccs of 30% and I've decided to start pumping, stretching, and Cock ringing sooner than most people suggest (only after 1 week out from rd 1).
