With these HA there is a chance of Necrosis, so I think most people would feel a lot better if he used a cannula, as they do with Macrolane. Did he say how long it lasts? How much does it cost? The main thing he seems to have going for him is that he's based in NYC. You can get HA injections in other places, but for many members NY is a much better. It will be interesting to see how much he charges. Ask if he uses a cannula. You really don't want to risk a needle on your penis, as you can lose the entire shaft skin. But generally speaking, this is by far the safest method of penis enlargement, so you shouldn't have too much to worry about.
