It seems like there's not but I'm just wondering if anyone knows the actual answer. I'm asking because Kenalog injections can cause fat Atrophy (and skin Atrophy) but if there's no fat, then I guess the risk might be less chance of that... though the skin can get dented where the needle goes in and the Kenalog spills out of the injection site. I suppose this skin Atrophy is damage to the skin cells that would occur from a topical steroid as well, and it usually is self-correcting. Fat Atrophy is not self-correcting - or the timeline is very long. I joined the gym 3 months ago and manage to loose 18 kg. I can't aim for my original 20ties weight as I'm 10 years older but happy to drop another stone. I just wonder if I'm not overdoing it - if I burn too much fat, there might not be enough for the body to produce the collagen then. Any thoughts on that?
