Wade will help you with the process, and some people find it more annoying than others. I showed Wade my Penimaster Pro, demonstrated it, and he loved it. So I rotate between the Penimaster pro and a ESL-40 during the day and a AutoExtender at night with the soft (Yellow) tube.
