I don't mean that by mixing the 2 they will react, but if you have a reaction to the tiny amount of Silikon couldn't it trigger a similar reaction to the PMMA? Wouldn't the body become ultra sensitive to any foreign body materials in that area.

Also, never trust what the Dr selling you the product, particularly in the cosmetic industry, says. That's been my experience anyway. I've trusted too many Dr's in the past and now, no matter how much I like them or how sincere they seem, I take everything they say with a pinch of salt.

this sounds excellent! I have wondered about the micro drop techinique, and Dr C seems to be the only one doing it in the penis currently (although not for total enlargment).

To be honest, when the micro droplet technique is applied and in tiny amounts, I'm not sure it's reputation is bad. I think Dr's used to just inject it like any other filler and that's when all the silicone troubles happened. I think if you just inject it, in large volumes, then you are asking for trouble. But if used on very specific areas, where there is a dent or something, then how would it be any different to acne treatments?

Could a reaction to Silikon1000 possibly cause for a reaction to PMMA though?

A year or so ago Smartman suggested this for small areas where dents and ridges can't seem to be fixed with PMMA.

When used in very small quantities some dermatologists feel that it's a good option for small dents and depressions that are caused by things like acne.

Ultimately, if it's placed in a very specific area, in a small quantity, then even if you do have a bad reaction, how bad can it be? If you have the stuff injected in large quantities all along the shaft, then obviously you are in big trouble if things go wrong. But if it's less than 1cc in total and in a very specific spot, then unless I'm being very naive, wouldn't that just mean that if it reacted badly, then you'd end up with a very localized irritation? When I see photos of filler granulomas in the face, they tend to be just in the areas the filler was injected.

Yup. Coincidentally I had a recent conversation with Wade about ultimately resolving my last issue, the thin gap behind the glans. I've been okay with it and it hasn't been an issue for the most part, but I'd eventually like to retire from anymore injections and focus on length and/or PE retirement.

He said that they have been thrilled with the how Silikon 1000 has been able to correct contour irregularities in areas that PMMA doesn't "take" as well. They said that they would only offer this product for aesthetic enhancement via micro-droplet technique, and would not offer it in high volume. The will continue to use PMMA as the primary girth builder in your penis.

Wade claims to have used the Silikon 1000 in his own penis and has said that it improves the flaccid texture, improves turtling even more, and may even add girth, albeit very minimal (like 0.1-0.2 ish).

I believe they are using it on an as-needed basis for people who, like myself, have had trouble taking the PMMA product in certain areas. I'm personally on the fence about it as I'd like to learn more about the product, but in small volumes via micro-droplet technique in the face, its been used for years with good success.

I've been meaning to share this with the forum in due time, but you beat me to it lol. They did show reluctance to announce it publicly because of the reputation silicone has in the penis. But I told them they weren't anywhere near the kind of practitioners you'd find on those penis-silicone-injecting-so-it-looks-like-a-balloon forums, or the kind of practitioners you'd find in Florida lol. They will remain a PMMA enlargement clinic, but are looking to find other means/products to improve overall satisfaction of their patients. That also explains why they traveled to South Korea to learn glans enhancement. Glans enhancement, last I checked however, didn't turn out working as effectively as they'd hoped. That may have to the with the products being used, but that's for another story.

I'm assuming they're offering Silikon 1000 now, but like I said before I think it's going to be for people who have aesthetic issues that may be more readily resolved with superficial (?) micro droplet correction than it would be with more PMMA product. I DO NOT know if this is a trial phase or if it is open to the general public, I should have inquired. I also do not know the costs or the limits imposed.

As far as I understand, it would feel just as natural. It should not break down or shift once it's in position. I'll try to ask thee things tomorrow.

PMMA cannot be implanted simultaneously with Silikon. Only established PMMA can have Silikon deposited atop it to soften the fibrous tissue. Newly implanted PMMA concomitant with Silikon 1000 IS a recipe for disaster as it thwarts the healing response.

I will be receiving PMMA only at the base. Silikon 1000 will be used to camouflage/smooth some rough areas along the midshaft and to fill out some of the neck area.

Very interesting! It seems I've started looking into medical penis enlargement at the right time, with Dr. Cho's glans method and now this coming down the line. I hope more information comes out, on this. I'll definitely consider this, if I do end up going for PMMA after my glans enhancement (this April! ).

It's weird - I have a "step off" in the glans area - sometimes...but sometimes you can't see it. I feel like the risk/reward isn't great here. Also, it's so swollen (no steroid this time - but not drastically different) that I really can't tell what's a from PMMA and what's just swelling/fluid.

Yeah, they think it's too small of an amount to cause any concern - basically. But, they're still willing to put PMMA as far up as they can (not as far as silicone can go). I guess if you had a major step-of and it looked ugly, then silicone is a possibility. But right now I'm too swollen to tell how anything will end up so I think I'll just stick with PMMA. If I ever need a touch-up, maybe they'll have more info by then. My circ area doesn't expand well, but I just don't want to push my luck. Few guys have perfect looking dicks.

As far as I know, silicon is permanent.

Interesting thread. Being able to finally fill in the gap between circ scar and glans would be awesome. As well as a divet at base. But would this substance be as hard as the PMMA? Would it feel squishy? Being that the Dick gets 'roughed around' would it move to another location? Also is the silicon permanent or does it degrade?
