Depression, anxiety, and stress can heighten exponentially if a procedure doesn't go the way it was intended to. You clearly stated that your mental hang-ups aren't primarily due to your size, and that you have work & financial issues burdening your psyche was well. It may be in your best interest to address your depression, reduce your stress, and situate your finances before considering any sort of Phalloplasty. I suggested the same to dared3vil in a separate thread. You need to get your mental state and personal affairs in order BEFORE going for that type of a procedure. The procedure will help with your Turtling. But your libido/Erection issues are probably all psychological, and need to be addressed.
