I had a very hard time get it to stay on...it would slip off the glans, and the leg strap would drive me nuts... and keep moving around...and when i changed positions from standing to sitting - my leg would just move and pull the ESL40 cap right off... but I may be in the minority...not sure. Before these 2 rounds, I retracted a LOT - so I really needed a traction device like sizegenetics to keep the shaft stretched. It did NOT cause a dent where the silicone tubing was...and I am 6 months post now. I placed it on my shaft so the pressure was on the glans (pics are in my journal). Also, regarding the ESL....I emailed the "customer service" at the site to see if they had any advice, but the guy doesn't ever reply. I even got the "small glans" cap too.
