Fat will always absorb. For over a decade clinics have been claiming to treat fat differently, with stem cells etc, but the reality is, it seems to make little difference. Use some common sense here. Don't you think that if it worked every plastic surgeon and Urologist in the world would do it? It's such a simple procedure and lots of men would pay good money to have it done. But hardly anyone offers it, as it is very inconsistent. That's not to say there aren't some guys who have had good results. However, they don't always hold up and can cause problems. If you want to read a negative (albeit biased...given who the doctor is) - I did google & find a page about their problems, but take it w/ a grain of salt. [ www.drelist.com/dermal-graft](http://www.drelist.com/dermal-graft) I still think PMMA is the best option. The higher quality PMMA, the better. The best quality PMMA is Artefill, but it is in a bovine collagen carrier which isn't good for the penis. Metacrill and Linnea safe don't have enough updated independent research on them (last study was in 2006)....but the results are the best I've seen in terms of risk/reward and cost/benefit.
