To chime in on what Shergar said, I think the only issues growers may face with PMMA is the infamous pig-in-the-blanket look when Flaccid (something I experience, but it was something I expected and don't have any real issue with). However, when Erect, it looks mostly natural with a good taper, and definitely undetectable to someone who has no idea work was done.

my advice is

if you are a shower, go for it,

if you are a Grower, dont expect fantastic results, and prepare for an un natural looking unit

I'm telling you to wear a stretcher this time, not talking about what she did last time. You want to ensure the PMMA settles in the area at the top, so after she has injected, which should stretch the penis to do, you need to keep it extended.

That "area being exposed" is actually being treated during your procedure. The new collagen should stretch out with your Erect penis, and if it doesn't, it's an issue of distribution.

My penis nearly triples from Flaccid to Erect (2.5x to be more precise), and when in the operating room, my Flaccid turtles so hard that I've been told I was one of the more difficult patients to work on. All this and yet no issue when Erect.

I strongly suspect your issue is correctable. I will note, however, the area between the circum line & glans can be tricky, and may always have less material than the shaft behind it. That's an aesthetic risk some patients take going into this. Good luck!

I wore the cup of the penimaster plus. First of all, it's much easier for her to have a good grip as she does not need to pull on the glans / skin (as she only injects when your unit is stretched ). Afterwards it is much easier to do a nice wrapping. The penis can not turtle as the base of the penimaster cup will push against the thick wrapping. Just use the cup and wrapping material and you will be able to wear a comfy all day stretcher. Use it for 10 days.

I have quite an opposite experience. I am quite a Grower - it doubles the length when Erect, and after round 1 my Flaccid looks very natural, actually it looks like nothing was done however when Erect, it feels like the PMMA reached just the bottom half (at base) of the shaft and the top half looks like there was nothing injected which of course is a turn off for any sex now. I really want to believe, the round 2 will address it in some way however I just can't envisage it in my head how that can work.

It would be injected when the penis is stretched and then a stretcher would be worn afterwards. Maybe also a pressure garment around the bottom half, to ensure the PMMA wants to settle at the top.

It sounds like a very straight forward fix to me.

i was the definition of a Grower and got good results. had some inflammation but all ended well

Undecided, what makes you think that? There are several accounts on here where members have had uneven distribution, but have managed to correct it with further procedures. Have you described your outcome to the Dr? Perhaps you can achieve more filler for the top-half after a round 2.
