what about some Penis Pump before engage in surgery,just so the penis get use to extra volume?is it good idea some have try it ,or there is no point in it ?

it is now 3 weeks after my injection, and things are not looking so good...

i had sex at the end of week 2, man it hurts!! i think the lump at the base has pressed on some nerves, and it has moved quite a bit after sex... Also the hyaluronic acid has not completely settled and it stills moves around the penis. The megafill on the other hand feels firm to touch except the lump which moves a bit along with the HA. I guess I should have gone for only megafill, as HA does tend to move.... or mayb i should have waited longer before sex .

There is no loss in size yet, but it is frustrating that I still cant have sex yet, and the HA that may never settle.

I think Dr. Kim has done a very good job. Now, the rest is, to see how permanent it is. I don't like the idea of having dead person's tissue in my Dick though, so not sure if that tissue stays or goes away? I assume it goes away and "should" (ideally speaking) be replaced by our own tissue. During the process our body should build its own tissue to fill it in.
Well, keep us updated. Also, do you still do the molding and massage, or it is done after two weeks?
It will be very interesting to see how your process unfolds. Honestly, it is more expensive then I thought, On Dr. Kim's site, he says, 3200US for 21ml, so I expected that would be the best option...
I see you added plus 7ml of HA, so it would raise the price accordingly, but yah, not very cheap

Also, how is the Flaccid length? Is there improvement in that department?

Optiman, thanks for so much for your answer. Please keep us updated and you're kinda special in the sense, very few people have had this, so we only have you to review this product for us.

I think it is really good, it is biodegradable. I am interested to hear about how it will set in the coming months, once your collagen starts to set, if it will feel completely natural and will loose the thick sleeve feel and also what will happen once the HA starts to be absorbed and how much is left from the megafill permanently.

Even if it was a 0.2 - 0.3, from each session permanently, I think that is an amazing result, as you never have to worry about granulomas, nodules, inflammation forming in years to come, which is a common thing with PMMA.

Oh so Megafill isn't like PMMA? What is it then? Is it a temporary filler like Radiesse. Does it not leave something in there permanently like PMMA beads?.....

I dont really measure my flaccid length, as Im more of a grower

My NBP erect length is about 5.5', BP is about 6'-6.25'.the flaccid length did hang lower after the injection, but that may be due to me hanging 2 weeks after the injection, as Im trying to get more length., the erect length is still the same.

My penis is still looking good, it is definitely more rigid now, sex is now painless. But I did notice a slight decrease in size, possibly due to the HA being absorbed?

Well wait at least 18 months. You need to make sure all the HA has absorbed. I know Dr Kim said it will last longer, but I don't believe that. It makes sense to assume you'll only see you final result when all the temporary filler has gone.

Hi guys, I find this technique very interesting but unclear on certain points. He said that this is permanent? Cymetra, in my online look up has come up as temporary, lasting around 6 months, is this what megafill is or am I completely lost and it's something else? Does it act like Temp scaffolding for your own tissues to build around, thereby making it permanent? If so how does it differ from alloderm where a lot of guys had no gains once it dissolved? I take it nodules are less likely because it is human tissues.

There could finally be an alternative to PMMA!

Why don't you go back for Megafill? Why go for PMMA when you can just go back and have more of the same!

This is because I live in the Uk and I cannot afford to go to Korea for multiple rounds, I was only expecting 1 round to be honest, but I dont know how the megafill will eventually set/ get absorbed. So financially speaking PMMA in prague is more viable to me. Again I will only do it when im happy with my length.

It might be still early, but any news about your experience with Megafill? I live in Taiwan, so giung to Korea might be an option. Did Dr. Kim say that at some point Megfill gets replaced by one's own tissue?
Since now we have you as a forum member ho has done this new procedure, lease keep us updated so we can get more info on this.

hey optiman87, what was you Erect and Flaccid length before and after your procedure (if you know it)? Hopefully your results will be permanent (if the dr said it is then it should be)
