Thanks Mustang, Yeah that's what I want but am nervous as I really have no clue how much it will visually change for one and stretch sexuall second.

I'm relatively straight but have a slight upward curve mid shaft to the glands. You think that would cause any issues? I will definitely keep you guys guys with pics and progress. I'll do a final pre op photo session before I fly out and subsequent ones afterwards. Less than a month to go!

I think you would have better luck hiding the increase if you did it over 2 sessions.
Almost an Inch of Girth increase at one time will certainly be noticed.

If it isn't I think there are bigger issues....
