great thread btw.. Your absolutely right the thought of that extra Inch or so is so tempting.

Truth is I dont think I can be as disciplined as @New1inch mad respect to him he set a goal and stuck with it, he had great results.

I know even if you cut the lig you need to do stretching exercises to attain max gains. Correct me if im wrong but my understanding is the results are permanent after ligs are cut. With the manual stretching (no surgery) the gains are lost if stretching exercise stop.

im still leaning towards doing it sometime in January, till then im doing my homework, trying to gather as much information as possible

Thanks for the reply bruh, congrats on going through with it, hope you heal soon and get the gains your looking for... im 70-30 leaning towards doing it, im just a little cautious ive read some crazy horror stories...i want to be aware but not have a negative mindset entering this procedure for the most part I feel I have a realistic outcome in mind 1/2 -1" in gains anything extra would be a plus.

im just a little freaked out by the possibility of not being able to have regular intercourse again, I don't know how valid those worries are, do to ED or angle/stability of penis

Ive have a good sex life and im pretty good at meeting new women and I dont know if I want to lose that for a potential 1/2 1"maybe....

truth is reading some of the post and hearing from ppl like you put my mind at ease ..... I would like to follow your progress bruh ...rooting for you success

thanks for the info you have many valid points, I read @new1inch's thread and seen him have success but if my mind serves me right I think he mentioned something like if he stops for a week or 2 he would lose all his progress. ..

I know you guys have more experience than me and have been on the forums longer so you've had the privilege to meet and come across guys both successful and not with the none surgical approach.... are the results permanent?

Welcome aboard glad u made it here. I had the lig cut surgery last tuesday with dr camacho and so far is too early to tell. I am in alot of pain right now so im lettin it heal first before doing any stretching and weights. after im fully healed i will hang and stretch. I've read alot of good reviews of dr rosenthal of people that actually gained Erect length after the surgery by an Inch. I was going to go for dr rosenthal but the only reason i chose dr camacho instead was because he does the cut through the scrotum so no visual scar. and also it is best to stretch for about 6 months before u go for surgery. alot of people will tell u stretchin is the key to gaining.

my length is 7.25 but my Girth is 4.5 so some day i will do the PMMA to get to 6 or 7 max but never over that and i think even 7 might be to much

u dont need to be disciplined to wear a ads...just put it on in morn and go to work like i do in business suit btw so if they cant notice it in that anything else i wear is even baggier.... 8 hours a day 5 days a week and few hours on weekend has gotten me .75 gain in 6 months for length and personally u dont even need the length since 6 is not bad at all for above average

I did manual stretching along with Jelqing. devices hurt my Dick. But most of my gains are from stretching. I dabble in pumping for fun but no gains from that. try the jp90 routine. you stand to gain .5 inches from that.

my concern isn't with my Girth I've always been told I was thick, I guess im trying to convince myself that surgery is the easiest and fastest way to a little extra length, to be honest im fine with .5 -.75 gain.

I spoke to Dr . Rosenthal he quoted me with anesthesia included $4900 for "lengthening" only no widening. I recently made a good business investment and have the extra money. Which is the main reason why im looking into to this a little more seriously.
