I just received my ESL40 today and wore it all afternoon. I just took it off and there are blisters at the tip of my glans! If they're gone by tomorrow, I'll wear it again but it didn't quite feel like a lot of traction. I think weights would be better, however, ADS is good for under clothes at work. I understand that they recommend the vacuum to expand everything, then stretch to prevent retraction, so I'm wondering which one? The bathmate breaks down fast and doesn't really provide much suction, but that's just my opinion. The exact reason why is up for debate, but from what has been said about it seems to suggest there are more cons than pros. This seems to be the case for both immediately post-op and later down the road for enlargement purposes. If anyone has experienced positive results with pumping & PMMA, please share and explain why you think your situation was successful. @Thewingman Bizarre reaction from pumping, curious to know how how vacuum pressure alters the collagen as opposed to the pressures found with traction/stretching, aggressive masturbation, and long-duration sex. This is the area that you usually have lots of swelling post procedure also, so it could be very uncomfortable. So, If wade says pumping is a good idea after PMMA injection and "WHILE" collagen is forming, then we will have to wait and see the results. This PMMA thing, while has fairly stable results so far, is still going through learning curve. May be in 6-8 years we will have more solid data...Time will tell.
