What is Dr.Ralph's track record in penis enhancement. I see he's a consultant Urologist and that is one great advanatge.

It's something I need to speak to him in person about. I'm not seeing him for a while, but when I do I plan on asking him. My gut feeling is that he'll be very open to the idea. He's not really a PE surgeon and doesn't advertise these procedures. I think he just does them in certain cases. When I spoke with him about PMMA years ago he didn't seem to know much about fillers in general, but mentioned he does use Restylane. I'm sure if the advantages of another filler were demonstrated to him, then he'd be open to the idea of trying it. Ideally I'd like to show him so results, so hopefully some of our American members go to Greenwald and post progress reports with photos.

Couldn't wait till interested got back to us so I gave dr G a call to get some answers.the dr injects Radiesse and has been doing so for 6 years if my memory is correct.he recommends two syringes inject at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock from cross section perspective of the penis.He haven't had any complications from his patients and according to him he has had many patients during his 6 years.Expected increase in volume is around 20% and results last around a year maybe longer.He uses a small needle and the procedure cost 1800$. Can someone help me understand whats the difference between using canula and a needle?some of you mentioned that you are scared of the idea using needle - is it that bad?Thats all info i could pull out during my quick phone chat with the doctor

Thanks, I was wondering if some of the complications could continue to linger after the filler had gone. I guess it is just like you have said multiple times, the safest way is to not do anything! Thanks for your continued involvement here Hoddle!

Hey CyaHows it going...have u had a chat with the doc?As the dr is based close to you, it would be nice if he could present you or get you in contact some of his previous patients through phone or in person to get their feedback. When I called their office and requested radiese to be injected, it was a simple no on the radiese and said that they prefered fat as it was better with stem cell technique. I will give them a call again as to get the reason for not injecting radiese in the first place.
@yao: with my stats I want to do it as soon as possible but I want to be 100% sure to pull the trigger.

If one is willing to use a temp filler for the time being, I imagine more fillers will enter the market. Possibly, a product that is longer lasting or one that can be more easily removed. It's nice knowing that if an issue does arise, it will not be permanent. Furthermore, Radiesse is made from materials the body recognizes, which I believe is quite advantageous.

@interested1: Great job man. Did he mention anything about expected gains and if one would need any touch ups to correct possible flaws from the first procedure. I think I might go for it. Thanks
