 There has been a lot of discussion on preventing retraction after a PMMA procedure; Botox,Cialis , etc. What are your thoughts about injecting Trimix a combination of phentolamine, papaverine, and prostaglandin after the procedure to induce a two or three hour Erection? During this time while the PMMA carrier is being absorbed and the beads settling into place there would be even pressure for the full length of the penis and no retraction. I would also be possible to massage our any unevenness because you would have a firm surface to press against. Just a few thought from someone who has never had the procedure.
