Frankly I would be offended by all of this if I were Dr C. He is a doctor. If someone questioned my integrity I would ask them to leave. I don't need their business that bad. Either you trust the doctor that is going to operate on your most prized asset or you don't. It's senseless to bicker about it. If you have a problem with him, go get another doctor. That's your choice as an individual. But knock off the crap. Just sayin...

hoddle it is clever for you to accuse me of being racist and reference other doctors in order to draw attention away from Dr C's dishonesty. Lets not change the topic.

Read my posts over carefully, I never said anything the least bit racist. As I mentioned I live in a hispanic town and enjoy spending time with my neighbors.

I think ALL PE doctors should be held to a high standard which includes complete honesty regardless of what city they live in or where they were born. They are operating on your penis, this is not a flu shot !

You have failed to address the white elephant in the room:

WHY DOES DR C REFUSE TO LET PATIENTS WATCH HIM FILL THE SYRINGES ?

when we know based on M7's post.

10 AND 30% PMMA CAN BE LOADED INTO THE SYRINGE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. NOT HOURS AS STATED IN THE BIG BEN LETTER !

finally,

WHY DID HE LIE TO CJ IN AN EFFORT TO AVOID HIS REQUEST TO WATCH HIM FILL THE VIALS, BY COMPLAINING IT TAKES LONGER THE THE PROCEDURE. A BLATANT LIE.

These are questions THE DOCTOR NEEDS TO ANSWER ON HIS OWN with new patients. No need for you to try to cover for him, or bring my reputation into this. At the end of the day, the one injecting your penis is the one you really need to trust, not me hoddle or anyone else here.

I am just trying to help other folks out. I do not wish any of you guys a bad outcome. But I would be very cautious of loria, elist, and Dr C. They all have been known to lie and conceal facts to new patients.

@Snoopy

I've seen box after box of Meta<>Crill' and NewPlastic' (NewPlastic' back at my first procedure). Not just a single box for "demo" purposes. I also watched Dr. Casavantes pull out the vials from the box and fill the syringe. You are alert and can view the whole procedure. Dr. Casavantes even took the time to show me the expiration date and informed me of the counterfeits of the past and what they looked like. You act as if every person (including the Administrator of the forum) simply blindly trusts the good doctor. It seems that you are the arrogant one if you honestly believe that we're nothing more than sheep and perceive Avanti Derma as our Mecca and Dr. Casavantes as our savior. Also, neither Dr. Casavantes nor Wade nor Mel care about "lurking" around our forum. They know of it and are happy it exists. No Phalloplasty procedure is perfectly safe and without risk of deformity. Dr. C presented himself as an "open book" to me. Every question I had; answered. All physical evidence (vials, blunt-microcannulas/boxes/seals); presented to me. I'm glad you decided against PMMA. I'm confident that neither SO nor any Moderator suggested you have the procedure. Obviously, whether one choose PMMA in Europe/Brazil/Mexico and independent of what Dr. performs the procedure, complications can and DO occur. Too risky for ya?... Don't do it.

CJ I see your point, the board has been helpful helping me make my decision. But I am surprised with how this doctor gets so much favoritism. It is very suspicious.

You too seem to give him the benefit of the doubt. But I look at the situation more like, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I would not trust my penis with someone that lies about some things like the product he is using and how long it takes to fill the syringe.

But I hope your procedure goes well. No hard feelings buddy.

Miracle you obviously got the right stuff. congrad's the doctor likes you. probably because you write good things about him on the forum. yes he lurks here, that is why he wrote the letter.

Also, were you there all day watching him fill the syringes ? No of course not. Thank you for confirming what I already new, the letter contained a lie about how long it takes to fill a syringe. shameless behavior by the doctor. shameless.

How can you say this guy is more honest than Loria or Elist ?

@Snoopy

Do you ask every doctor you visit to demonstrate to you the authenticity of the vaccine, implant, etc that they are going to be using on you? There is a process, and in a cosmetic medical practice that relies on fillers, that process is often done prior to appointments (similar to a restaurant's kitchen prepping certain dishes in the morning in preparation for the dinner shift). But I digress. You are obviously not going to be convinced of common sense, no matter how much more arrogant I sound.

You also said "It is very suspicious," as well as a variety of other bizarre remarks, and I should remind you that you only registered yesterday having contributed nothing less than wild speculation. Why not actually read the threads on the old & new forums before entering a conversation that from all accounts, you're a virgin to?

This forum's inception began well before Dr. C was even known to exist. I'll stop at that, as I feel there is no reason to defend this forum... its contents speak for themselves.

But there is no reason to think there has been any dishonesty. You seem to have come up with some conspiracy theory and decided it's true, with zero evidence. You've never prepared a bioplasty procedure in your life or seen it done. Yet somehow you've concluded that Dr C is lying. It's frankly absurd. You claim it's not xenophobia, yet I find it hard to believe you'd make the same accusations against an American or British Dr. People have filler procedures all the time and I've never heard of anyone seeing the preparation. Mikehok had a cheek filler in my home town and he never saw the Dr mix the product with anesthetic and was only told about afterwards when he asked why it was so painless. As I said previously I've had botox and never saw anything other than the needle. The last time I had it the Dr got the needle out of what looked like a fridge.

You say making excuses helps no one, but how does making totally unfounded accusations help anyone?

If Dr C is trying to hide something, then is it not totally fair to assume the same is true of most Dr's who use fillers, as from my experience what he is doing is no different to what I've seen with other Dr's.

What benefit does he gain from claiming to be using the Brazilian brand PMMA? As I said it became a PhalloBoards concern based on the work of Dr's like Dr C. But if he had been using his own product all those years, then wouldn't it be safe to assume that we'd all be demanding Dr C's own brand? If it wasn't for Dr C being so well regarded within the biplasty community, would anyone even be bothered about the brand? People care because the Dr himself appears to have had good results for many years using those products. If he'd used his own products all those years then we'd want them. He's free to use what ever brand he wants. You are making it sound as if people sought out PMMA penis enlargement using specifically NP or Metacril, but that isn't the case. I doubt anyone had even heard of those products prior to hearing of Dr C. I know I never had.

I just can't see what Dr C has done to make you so suspicious of him. There doesn't seem to be any reason for it. Hence it seems like pure xenophobia.

I wish Phalloplasty were a respected field of medicine. With more attention from brilliant medicine minds there might be greater advances in this field. Just wanted to address Bigben's closing comment.

It could be the nature of the procedure, buttocks I would imagine is not as delicate as the complex penis structure. But this is merely a guess at this point.

The question is a good one though that needs a real answer.

Did you even read my message, you are all over the place. I never said you were present for every procedure !

Let me spell it out:

The letter said:
-It takes longer to fill the syringes than the actual procedure itself (which I know is an hour or two)

You said:
-I watched the doctor fill the syringe in front of me

I said:
-were you there all afternoon ? (sarcastically)

Huge warning flag, it does not take HOURS to fill the syringes. The doctor lied about this to discourage patients for asking for the courtesy to make sure they were getting metacril.. He lied. He lacks ethics. I will avoid him like the plague. If you want to defend his bad behavior fine, but don't do it for my sake. At this point I could care less about his practice.

And I did not attack you, so no need to get testy. We are grown men here.

I am NOT affiliated with Avanti Derma nor Dr. Luis Casavantes in any way. I also receive no discount nor preferential treatment based on what I share regarding my PMMA experience here at PhalloBoards. Of course I'm not present during every procedure. That's a ludicrous statement if I've ever heard one! LMFAO! Ummm yeah... excuse me, "Mind if I sit on your procedure? I'm the PMMA Police and I'd like to ensure you receive OEM/Authentic product." Also, patients that receive 20% concentrations, will likely not see the product. This is due to the fact that the 30% and the 10% are titrated in a sterile environment prior to implantation. Seeing how a large number of patients receive 20%, the surgical team mixes product in advance (this makes sense)

Doctor: "Excuse me sir/madam. We have to mix implant concentrations so it's going to be a while. We enjoy wasting both your money and time as well as ours... It'll just be a little while longer". Give me a break!

If you don't trust your doctor completely, why bother undergoing any procedure he might offer?

You've stated that you don't trust Dr. C or his team. I respect that. Personally, I couldn't care less. However, if you insinuate that I or any of my dear friends here are "pushing/promoting" Dr. Casavantes's services or PMMA in general, I'm going to kick you to the curb. You haven't been here long pal. I've been here for ages. I've never once lied about my experience. NEVER. And yes, I am in need of aesthetic correction. Never denied that either. Yes. Some members have experienced bad results. You want to single out doctors? Fine. That is acceptable. Calling the Administrator "arrogant" and suggesting that I'm a "shill" for Avanti Derma is inexcusable. If I were, believe me, I'd recommend everyone get it. As is, I recommend everyone wait for a superior option.

I received another response from Dr. C's office today. I think it is important to mention this was unsolicited. After the original response from them I left it alone and today Wade messaged me with a PDF from Dr C directly. I also want to mention I never stated 'Bigben' in my email to them...I left it vague...so my message to them was concerning enough for them to come here and look for what caused it.

Everyone can make up their own mind but to me this was very reassuring.

Dr. C's letter to me is attached. He addressed me by my real name so I had to screenshot the pdf to edit out the name, just FYI.

No one has been banned for speaking their mind. What "lengths" were gone to defend Dr C? All the information I posted above can be found on the forum. It took about a minute. If others bothered to do the same then they wouldn't have become concerned in the first place.
