In order of preference I'd rank the options like this. 1.) Low loose cut. 2.) Uncut 3.) High loose cut 4.) High and tight cut Personally I'd not consider an injection type of PE if I was cut high and tight. The "ring" effect will almost certainly happen and any irregularities will show up much more if the skin it tight. It's no different to when a man wears lycra. From what I've seen, I'd say it's a good idea to pump for several months prior to PMMA. My penis is looking alot better than before i got round one. and even better now round 2 is out the way. in a picture state it looks great. The main point of the thread is when you start using it in everyday life (for sex for example) that it becomes clear (to me at least) that i've had something done. the chances are she will also feel something isnt normal. I was wondering if the cut guys have any problems like this. Or something different. i think nodules etc would be easier to feel out with an uncut penis for example. Its only when i pull the skin back that you'd notice i'd had anything done. Especially now i have had a bigger amount. it clumps up and doesnt look bad, just not natural When i see the pictures for the cut guys, imo it looks much better. Especially when Erect. Do the cut guys have similar problems? Or do you have different but equally valid problems. Think about boob jobs... you can usually spot them right? And when you can't spot them, you think, damn that doctor was good. But generally speaking, they are almost always detectable to some extent. This is no different than enlarging one's penis. The glans will dwarf, the shaft's palpabality may be noticeably different, and there could be traces of cosmetic work (i.e. ridges, lumps, nodules, etc). The reason I'm throwing this out there with respect to the topic is that I'm not sure being cut or uncut will significantly improve one's odds for a more natural look, and if there was a difference, I'm willing to bet it's negligible. It would be nice for our uncut and cut members to chime in.
