TOPIC: Diminishing Girth post-PMMA.

Personally it wouldn't concern me at all if it happened in the first 6 months. I've had so many surgeries now, but it's only for the last couple that I've really come to grasp just how long it takes swelling and inflammation to go down. I had rock hard tissue just below my Frenulum for about 8 months before it eventually settled down. Given that foreign body reaction is basically what PMMA is about, I can imagine that in many cases it could take several months or even longer before the final result is seen.

My Girth never diminishes, but sometimes every tape measure in the universe expands 1/8".

Also I forgot to mention that when my FFT was removed I had these rock hard nodules that were there for over 6 months. I became convinced they were bits of scaffold that hadn't dissolved from PLGA surgery I'd had nearly 2 years earlier!
