Does that mean that it matters? Only if it impairs one's ability to function or drives someone to take threatening action. If I want a penis which will impress women while not exceeding the limit of pleasure to the overwhelming majority of women, then call me crazy, obsessive, dysmorphic, but I will research a much as my brain power and the resources available will allow, then weigh the risks, and finally choose to act or not. I'm 23. Guess I took one for the team boys... The way I look at it is. Say I do have a complication 5, 10, 20 years down the road. Heck, some men enjoy seeing a woman struggle to accommodate a size, which in effect can be a complaint by the woman, but not necessarily a complaint by the man.
