If you get an Erection, even slightly, then you have a sensory nerve issue, though I am no expert. Sensory nerves regenerate in anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple months, depending on extent of injury. You said previously that they felt fake even compared to the implant, but that the implant when Flaccid.
