PMMA is not picked up by metal detectors. If you get a pat down I'm guessing you'll just embarrass the officer. If he thinks you've stuffed your pants with something illegal I guess you could prove your innocence in a private room. I don't think X-ray scanners will pick up anything untoward other than whatever your penis size may be after PMMA. From my reading you need an MRI scanner to detect evidence of PMMA beads and its surrounding collagen (which would look "abnormal" compared to a penis without PMMA).
