I read the thread about that german made contoured glans 'tube' attachment which seems alot safer/easier/effective then the straight up cylinders sold by ads. I think it's called penismaximizer? it's a thread on this site anyhow. plastic tube is ergonomic. Good luck finding any alternatives and please post if you discover some reasonable method. It appears 'they' are considering PMMA enhancement options, but otherwise I think it is limited to hyaluronic (sp?) acid injections which are apparently only temporary. Good luck. I know there are injectable fillers, PMMA, and even enhancement by way of dermal fat graphs, but you would think there would be a newer better way. I have actually had glanular enlargement surgery with dermal graphs, but the tissue popped out of place and I have been left with a ball of loose tissue Hanging around. Even after I had the glanular enhancement the tissue was not big enough to make much of a difference. Anyone know of any other methods or information on a different kind of glanular enhancement? Hopefully I won't have to use a pump the rest of my life as the only working method of glanular enhancement.
