TOPIC: METACRILL IN EUROPE

I am just confirming an appointment for next week,the Doctor said that 3500 Euro's is for all three applications of Metacrill which I think is about 1,166.66 euro's per procedure which is pretty good,and you pay per procedure.She has asked that I bring an extender and also sent me some pictures of her work which looked impressive (attached).I am so excited and hope it all goes well it has been a quest and a half to find this.

I have emailed the doctor in Prague 2 days ago, still waiting for a response.I will post it here as soon as i have received an answer.
Does anyone know if Metacril is the same quality as New Plastic or is it inferior?Kind regards

I emailed the Dr a couple of wks back about performing the procedure on uncircumcised guys such as myself and she replied that she does perform PMMA for uncut guys.

So good news there as i believe alot more European male considering the procedure will be uncircumcised than the vast majority across the Pond.

When you say "false application" do you mean bad technique or a material that isn't really PMMA?

Hi Guy's,I would like to say THANK YOU to both Olafspo and Smartman for all the research they have done re Dr Nemckova and Metacrill in Europe,thank God for PhalloBoards.I will be flying to Prague tomorrow and will be following all of Smartmans directions if I go through with the procedure,particularly re injection points and amount of product used.Once again THANK YOU and hey Olafspo see you in Prague this is one helluva journey and all of us are true pioneers I will report back as as possible

If she is going to inject 10-15 cc's only in each round with the exception of the 3rd round it will be only for a touch-up , I think her aim (like what Dr.Samy wanted) is to increase your Flaccid diam. to around 4 cm only.
In my case my Flaccid diam. before my PMMA was only 3 cm and after my 1st round (25-30 cc's) I was (sure it was above 4 cm) around 4.2 cm in diam. , and in the next round My Flaccid diam. is now 5-5.2 cm. (BTW after the 1st round my gf wanted me to go for the 2nd round and to get around the same volume esp. she was relieved that I had no serious complications from the 1st round .
So you are going to get in total (3 rounds) between 25-35 cc's ---> so the end gain will be between 1-1.25 cm in Flaccid diam. .
It looks to me if you have an average FL ( lets say 3.5"- 4") each 13-15 cc's of 30% Metacrill may give you 0.5 cm increase in Flaccid diam.

Metacrill is a trademark of PMMA (like NewPlastic, Artecoll and Artefill etc.)Biopolimero is a silicon oil so it is absolutely different from Metacrill .

Smartman, I forgot but how long have you had PMMA in the penis? Also any last minute hotel suggestions? Do you or anyone think its too dangerous to stay at the Grand hotel even? Or even stay in Mexico (given time of year also so close to xmas).

I would like to know why doesn't she inject PMMA in the area ( around 1 cm) behind the glans ?? (Does she have any explanation for that ??)
I know there could be 3 explanations for that but she could have another explanation :-
1- The possibility of skin Necrosis in this area is higher than in the shaft ( due to the compression of the beads on the small vessels (in a tight space) feeding the thin skin above it (even with a blunt micro-cannula) or if she uses a sharp needle in this area can cause implantation of the beads directly into these vessels. This was the explanation of Dr. Samy that time to me .
2- The possibility of nodules and small lumps is increased if PMMA injected under thin skin (and Kenalog injection in this area can cause skin Atrophy because the skin is so thin in this area).
3- Or due to the anatomy of this area is different than of the shaft.

I recieved today an e-mail from Dr. Samy :-

Really Ivana is the distributor of Metacrill in Europe.
I do not know her family name, that was the reason why I said I did not know her.
Now I localized the woman, really she is the distributor in Europe, living in Sevilla, Spain.
But I do not know her tittles in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, it seems to me very strange, because I did not meet this Ivana in Rio, unless in a dinner with the owner of Metacrill, Mr Jose Alfredo Damasio, a friend of mine.
I do not recognize her experience with Metacrill.
In Brasil there are no courses on Master in Metacrill.
She has not any title on Plastic Surgery.
She has not any title in Aesthetic Medicine.
She has no any title on Dermatology, that are the main specialties that handle with implants, so it is very strange to me that she is an expert in Metacrill. But everything is posible in this field. I would not permit her to inject my penis, definitively.

She can be good in injecting Metacrill and can give you great results but I would only have a consultation with her without getting the injection in the 1st visit, ask her how many penile injection she did, does she inject the gap behind the glans and if you get a lump how can she treat it esp. if it was under thin skin e.g. behind the glans ( Kenalog+ 5FU) . I am sure she did facial metacrill injection (as an ENT doctor) but in penile injection she could have few cases ?????

BTW I have asked Lemperle too about her and that was his reply :-
Samy told me that , once - however, having a distributor does not mean approval... especially in Spain and Czech Republic.... I will find out in Mexico City.
She may have experience in penile augmentation: I can imagine that women have a better hand for it... ? Ask her how many penises she has injected !
